§ 71.62 CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES.

Any person riding on any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, skate board, in-line skates, scooter, or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle on any roadway, highway, street or alley.
