§ 71.01 PERSONS RIDING ANIMALS OR DRIVING ANIMAL-DRAWN VEHICLES TO OBEY TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

A person who rides an animal or drives an animal drawing a vehicle upon a roadway is subject to the provisions of this title applicable to the person who drives a vehicle; and is not subject to the provisions of this title that by their nature have no application.
