The Superintendent will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within 30 days of receipt of an acceptable complete wastewater discharge permit application, the Superintendent will determine whether to issue a wastewater discharge permit. The Superintendent may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit. Any user denied a permit will not be allowed to discharge into the system until the conditions of the denial are met and a new application is submitted. Any person who feels aggrieved may appeal to the Superintendent’s denial to the Board.
