The Utility Service Board reserves the right to establish, by ordinance or in wastewater discharge permits, different or more stringent standards or requirements on discharges to the POTWs. It is within the Utility's discretion to negotiate specific prohibitions on a case-by-case basis for any limitations, assuming that the POTW NPDES permit compliance is not jeopardized. It is further understood that Peru Utilities and the Grissom Aeroplex Utilities may have entered into contracts predating this chapter which may define limitations and conditions which are different than those listed herein. In those specific cases the original contract may govern given that NPDES compliance is not jeopardized.
