All applicants are required to submit clean "as built" plans for any stormwater management practices located on-site after final construction is completed. All construction changes and new information differing from the original set of drawings shall be made to a job set of drawings. That information recorded on a job set of drawings shall then be transferred to an unused set of drawings intended to be used for the "as built" drawings. The plan shall show the final design specifications for all stormwater management facilities and shall be certified by a professional engineer or land surveyor. A final inspection of the "as built" drawings by the city is required before the release of any performance securities can occur.
