§ 55.12 REQUIREMENTS FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN APPROVAL.
   (A)   The general requirements for the Stormwater Management Plan are described below. Specific details for the requirements for a stormwater management plan are presented in the Stormwater Development Manual.
   (B)   No application for development will be approved unless it includes a stormwater management plan detailing how runoff and associated water quality impacts resulting from the development will be controlled or managed. This plan shall be prepared by a registered engineer or land surveyor and shall indicate whether stormwater will be managed on-site or off-site. If stormwater is managed on-site, the plan shall also identify the general location and type of practices.
   (C)   For development or redevelopment occurring on a previously developed site, an applicant shall be required to include within the stormwater concept plan measures for controlling existing stormwater runoff discharges from the site in accordance with the standards of this chapter to the maximum extent practicable.
