§ 31.17 CLERK-TREASURER.
   It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer to keep accurate minutes of the proceedings of the Common Council, with a proper index thereto, which shall be the official minutes of the Common Council of the City of Peru, and he/she shall keep a proper file of all papers pursuant to I.C. 36-4-6-17. He/she shall arrange a roll call of the members and perform all duties set forth in I.C. 36-4-6-9. The agenda of Council meetings shall be prepared and made available as email, office mail, or U.S. mail, and sent to Council members at least 48 hours in advance of any meeting. The agenda may be amended by a majority of the Council members.
