§ 77.10 REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY TO OPERATE UTVS.

Any unsafe operation, violations as described in § 77.99, failure to maintain financial responsibility, or failure to pay fines in accordance with this chapter may, as reasonably determined by the Chief of Police or the Chief's authorized designee, result in the revocation of a UTV on city roads, streets, alleys, and thoroughfares.
