(A) Establishment. It is in the best interest of the city to establish a nonreverting donation fund for the amphitheater within the budget of the Mayor.
(B) Funding. The amphitheater will occasionally receive private donations.
(C) Uses. The amphitheater would utilize a nonreverting donation fund for various expenses related to day to day operations, maintenance, improvements, and promotions of the amphitheater.
