§ 35.10 NONREVERTING COVID/CDGB PHASE III FUND.

   (A)   Establishment. There is hereby established a fund to be known as the Covid/CDGB Phase III Fund within the budget of the City of Peru.

   (B)   Funding. The source of funding includes grant monies received.

   (C)   Uses. The Fund is to be used to transfer grant money to the United Way to be used for the childcare/daycare providers as described in the grant.
