§ 30.01 INCORPORATION OF PERU.
   By acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana passed in 1848 and 1867, the Municipality of Peru, Indiana, was incorporated and vested with all legislative, executive, and judicial powers accorded municipalities by state law in Indiana.
