§35.08 PAYMENT OF CERTAIN CLAIMS PRIOR TO BOARD ALLOWANCE.
   (A)   The city hereby adopts this section to allow for the payment of certain claims prior to Board allowance.
   (B)   In accordance with, and subject to this section, and I.C. 36-4-8 et. seq. and I.C. 36-5-4 et seq., the city’s Fiscal Officer shall be allowed to make payment on certain claims prior to Board allowance.
