§35.07 CITY OPERATED PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
   (A)   The city hereby establishes a Paypal account to have the means and ability to accept and receive donations through an electronic funds transfer.
   (B)   The City Clerk’s office shall be responsible for maintaining and operating said account.
   (C)   Said Paypal account shall have the donations received deposited into its general banking account, and the Clerk-Treasurer shall timely transfer said funds to their appropriate and respective accounts as required by law.
