It is very important that you be well groomed, neat, and dressed appropriately for your job function, and while The city trusts each employee’s common sense and good judgment, we must follow a dress code that is appropriate to the work environment. We have therefore adopted a business casual dress code. We want to stress that this business casual dress code is a privilege and must be adhered to in order to be retained.
