§ 33.057 RIGHT TO SEARCH.
   The city’s right-to-search policy has been implemented to provide a safe and productive work environment. Failure to submit, upon request, to a search of any city property or personal property located in the city’s facilities may lead to progressive discipline, up to and including immediate termination.
