§ 33.003 STATEMENT OF CHANGE.
   The policies in this handbook are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the city. From time to time, you may receive updated information regarding any changes in policy. This handbook is for informational purposes only. Because the city’s employees are employed at will, this is not intended to be and does not create any contract of employment. An individual’s employment can be terminated for any reason at any time, at the option of either the employee or the city. Although, civil city employees are employed at will, Police and Fire are exempt from this standard. Please direct any questions about specific policies or procedures to Human Resources.
