§ 95.06 TREE BRANCHES EXTENDING OVER INTO NEIGHBORING YARD.
   The resident that resides next to the owner of the tree has the right to trim branches and limbs that extend past the property line, provided the tree trimming and tree cutting be taken up to, and not past the property line.
