(A) The Councilmanic Districts for the Common Council of the city shall be:
(1) District No. 1 composed of Precincts 2 and 8 in Peru Township as shown on Exhibit A of Ordinance 41-1992, passed 12-7-92.
(2) District No. 2 composed of Precincts 7 and 9 in Peru Township as shown on Exhibit B of Ordinance 41-1992, passed 12-7-92.
(3) District No. 3 composed of Precincts 5 and 6 in Peru Township as shown on Exhibit C of Ordinance 41-1992, passed 12-7-92.
(4) District No. 4 composed of Precincts 3 and 4 in Peru Township as shown on Exhibit D of Ordinance 41-1992, passed 12-7-92.
(5) District No. 5 composed of Precinct 1 in Washington Township as shown on Exhibit E of Ordinance 41-1992, passed 12-7-92.
(B) Two members of the Common Council of the city shall run, at large, with all eligible voters from all of the above described Districts participating in the election of the two at large council seats.
