(A) The applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the City Building Inspector when the building sewer is ready for inspection. The connection shall be made under the supervision of the Inspector or his representative.
(B) Building sewer permit applicants shall notify the Superintendent when the building sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer. All connections to the public sewer shall be made under the supervision of the Superintendent. Notice shall be given at least 48 hours in advance to allow the Superintendent to schedule a time for inspection and connection.
