(A) It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to sell, barter, give, publicly display for sale, or attempt to sell, give or barter, or to possess, any herbal-based substance sold under the name of Acapulco Spices, Afghan Incense, Algerian Blend, Baked, Black Magic, Black Mamba, Blaze, Blueberry Haze, Buzz, Cherry Charm, Chill X, Dank, Demon Passion Smoke, Earthquake, Fire Bird, Fire “N” Ice, Genie, Hawaiian Hybrid, Hush, K2, K2 Summit, K3, Magna, Mystery, Nitro, Ono Budz, Ocean Blue, Panama Red Ball, PEP Spice, Puff, Pulse, Sativah Herbal Smoke, Sence, Serenity, Serenity Now, Shokotsu, Skunk, Smoke, Solar Fire, Solitude, Spice, Spice Diamond, Spice Gold, Spice Silver, Stinger, Ultra Chronic, Voodoo, Voodoo Spice, Yucatan Fire, or any other her-based substance containing any of the following:
(1) All or parts of plants presently classified botanically as Salvia Divinorum, whether growing or not, any extract from any part of such plant, its seeds or extracts;
(2) HU-210, a substance also known as (6aR, 10aR)-9-(hydroxymethyl)-6,6dimethyl1-3-(2- methloctan-2-yl)-6a,7,10,10a-tetrahydrobenzo[c]chromen-1-o1;
(3) JWH-018, a substance also known as naphthalene-1-yl-(1-pentylindol-3-yl)methanone or 1- Pentyl-3-(I-naphthoyl)indole;
(4) JWH-073, a substance also known as 1-Butyl-3-(1naphthoyl)indole;
(5) TFMPP, a substance also known as 1-(3-[trifouromethylphenyl])piperazine;
(6) Cannabicyclohexanol, a substance also known as 1-[9IR,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]-5- (methylnonan-2-yl)phenol; or
(7) Any chemical compound that is used as synthetic cannabis or synthetic marijuana.
(B) If any of the above mentioned substances are found in the possession of any person within the city, the substances may be confiscated and destroyed by law enforcement officials.
