Building owners have the right to appeal any decision made by the Building and Zoning Department within thirty days of the decision. Appeals shall be in writing, signed and submitted to the City of Peru Building Commissioner. The Building Commissioner will set a date for the appeal to be heard by the Peru Board of Zoning Appeals.
