(A) The Building and Zoning Department has an approved paint pallet from which owners can work when selecting a paint scheme for their property.
(B) Design guideline. Unless it has been painted before or it is necessary to protect the historic materials from further deterioration, painting a masonry building is not permitted. Painting unpainted masonry adds a long-term maintenance item.
