3.68.130: RESTRICTION ON REPEAL:
This Chapter shall not be repealed until all obligations for which the revenues from the tax imposed herein have been pledged, pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 373, have been discharged in full. (Ord. 337, 2019)
