3.68.060: REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION FUND; DEPOSITS AND DISBURSEMENTS:
All net proceeds of the county diesel fuel tax received by the county pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited by the county treasurer in a fund to be known as the regional transportation commission fund in the county treasury, and distributed only in accordance with the provisions of Title 3, Chapter 3.08 of this Code and Chapter 373 of the Nevada Revised Statutes.
