2.48.050: DUTIES OF OFFICERS:
The chairman shall preside at all meetings of the board and in his absence the vice chairman shall preside. The secretary shall keep accurate and complete minutes of all meetings of the board and preside at the meeting if the chairman and vice chairman are absent. (Ord. 134 §4, 1993)
