2.44.090: TOWN ORDINANCES:
The Imlay Town Advisory Board shall recommend any ordinances to be passed by the County Commissioners, particularly for the town of Imlay, and if the subject matter covered in such ordinance is the subject of an existing County ordinance, the town ordinance may not be less stringent than the County ordinance. (Ord. 94 §4, 1988)
