The Imlay Town Advisory Board shall meet at least monthly at a regular time and place designated by the Board of County Commissioners and such Board shall comply with the open meeting law provisions of the Nevada Revised Statutes. A quorum of the Board shall be necessary to transact any business and a majority vote of those present shall have the ability to pass any measure to be acted upon by the Imlay Advisory Board.
