13.06.150: GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES:
The board shall be authorized to enter into an agreement with state and federal agencies for a determination of the assessment to be imposed upon any such agency not specifically addressed by the residential equivalents set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 133, 1993)
