A. Except as specifically set forth in section 13.06.100 of this chapter assigning a residential equivalent to the entire use, where a single business entity operates or leases more than one type of waste generating business or use in a single building, the owner of the land or business shall be assessed for each waste generating use.
B. Except as specifically set forth in Section 13.06.100 of this Chapter assigning a residential equivalent to the entire use, where an individual waste-generating business or entity operates in more than one building on one or more parcels, each waste-generating use shall be assigned an assessment.
