No hazardous waste shall be deposited at any Pershing County landfill or disposal area. "Hazardous waste" means those wastes that can cause injury, disease or property damage, including, but not limited to, explosives, pathological wastes, radioactive materials and chemicals. No asbestos may be deposited without permission of the Pershing County Commission and the State of Nevada Waste Management Bureau. (Ord. 120 §2, 1991)
