13.04.070: DUMPING VIOLATION:

It is unlawful for anyone to deposit garbage, rubbish, hazardous or nonhazardous waste, debris, junk vehicles, waste tires, or dead animals upon any land in the County, except upon lands designated in this Chapter as landfill sites or disposal areas. (Ord. 120 §1, 1991)
