13.04.020: INTERPRETATION; APPLICATION:
In interpretation and application this Chapter shall be held to be minimum only for the promotion of the public health and general welfare of the public and supersedes and replaces all other less restrictive provisions of law concerning land use insofar as the same relates to the disposal of garbage. (Ord. 39 Art. I(B), 1968)
