10.32.060: PENALTIES:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter regarding the ownership, operation and use of OHVs is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in accordance with title 9, chapter 9.04 of this code. Failure to appear in the proper court to answer to such misdemeanor citation is a separate offense. (Ord. 301, 2013)
