9.20.070: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as a misdemeanor with a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisonment for a period of up to six (6) months. (Ord. 135 §7, 1993)
