9.16.070: PENALTIES:

Any person, partnership, firm, association or corporation found guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor for each and every act which constitutes a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 242, 2007: Ord. 64 §3, 1979)
