In accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes 318.09535, the board of county commissioners appoints and establishes a local district managing board, which board shall consist of five (5) members who are qualified electors of the county television district, which board shall be an advisory board to the board of county commissioners, as the ex officio board of trustees of the county television district. The members of this board shall serve at the pleasure of the county commissioners. (Ord. 78 §A(2), 1984)
