9.12.100: RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARENTS AND OTHERS:
   A.   It is unlawful for the parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to permit such minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or be present in or upon any public street, highway, lot, alley, park, playground, other public ground, public place, public building, place open to the public or places of amusement or entertainment within the county in violation of the provisions of section 9.12.090 of this chapter.
   B.   Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of eighteen (18) years who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 122 §1, 1991)
