9.12.080: PRESUMPTION:

Any chemical test of the blood, urine, breath or other bodily substance which determines the alcoholic content of a person's blood and indicates the presence of intoxicating liquors, the person tested shall be presumed to have consumed intoxicating liquors. (Ord. 63 §8, 1978)
