The commission of any act, or the failure to perform any act within the County, which is made a misdemeanor under the Nevada Revised Statutes or any amendment thereto, except any which is specifically prohibited by law is declared to be and shall constitute a misdemeanor in violation of the Ordinance codified in this Section. All definitions, presumptions, procedures and other State laws which are required in order to define, interpret or understand any misdemeanor, adopted hereunder are also adopted as a part of this Chapter.
