8.40.020: AUTHORIZATION:
It is not an offense under section 8.40.010 of this chapter if the person was acting at the direction of an authorized agent of Pershing County to enforce or ensure compliance with this law prohibiting the sale of the aforementioned intoxicating chemical compound. (Ord. 278, 2011)
