The County shall be responsible for indigent costs on a first- come, first-serve basis as determined by the date of approval of the applications. The County's liability is limited to the amount of money which may be lawfully appropriated pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 428.050, 428.285 and 450.425. (Ord. 123 §6, 1992)
