6.04.030: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Each and every day the acts so declared to be unlawful in Section 6.04.010 of this Chapter are committed, done and continued, shall constitute and be separate, distinct and new offenses, and any person violating any of the provisions of the Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 8 §3, 1929)
