5.12.080: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person who begins working in any establishment without first obtaining a work card as provided herein, and any person who employs another person to work in an establishment without checking to see if the person has a work card under this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as defined under the laws of the State. (Ord. 66 §8, 1979)
