5.12.070: FEES:
All persons applying for a work card under this Chapter shall be charged an original fee of three dollars ($3.00), to be paid to the County Sheriff for processing costs. In the event the original Sheriff's card is lost or destroyed, an additional fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be charged for a duplicate card. Such fees may be changed by resolution of the County Commissioners. (Ord. 66 §7, 1979)
