5.12.050: DENIAL:
The Sheriff shall have the discretion to not issue any work cards to any person who has been convicted of a felony or other crime which, at the Sheriff's discretion, may be considered injurious to the establishment or to the public welfare. (Ord. 66 §5, 1979)
