As used in this Chapter:
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR INTOXICATING LIQUORS: Beer, wine, gin, whiskey, cordials, ethyl alcohol or rum, and every liquid or solid, patented or not, containing one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume and which is used for beverage purposes.
BOARD OR BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: The County Board of County Commissioners.
CARD OR WORK CARD: A sheriff's registration card as provided in this Chapter.
COUNTY: Pershing County, Nevada.
SHERIFF: The County Sheriff. (Ord. 66 §1, 1979)
