In the event an applicant for licensing is not the sole owner of the business to be conducted on the premises for which the license is sought, the application must be accompanied by a sworn statement listing all owners of the business and their respective interests therein. A license issued in such circumstances shall bear the names of all owners of the business so licensed and each person so listed upon the license shall be deemed responsible for the proper conduct of the business.
