3.08.455: ANNUAL REPORT BY COMMISSION TO COUNTY:
In counties having a population of less than one hundred thousand (100,000), the Commission shall submit an annual report to the Nevada Tax Commission for the fiscal year showing the amount of receipts from the county motor vehicle fuel tax and the nature of the expenditures for each project. (Ord. 148, 1996)
