3.08.440: AMENDMENTS:
All amendments to Nevada Revised Statutes, chapter 365, which become effective subsequent to the effective date hereof and which are not inconsistent with this Chapter, shall automatically become a part of the Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Ordinance of the County. (Ord. 148, 1996: Ord. 60 Art. XI(A), 1976)
