3.08.240: EVIDENTIARY EFFECT OF NEVADA TAX COMMISSION'S CERTIFICATE:
In any action commenced and prosecuted, the certificate of the Nevada Tax Commission shall be prima facie evidence of the amount of the tax and penalty and of the obligation therefor of the person named in such certificate. (Ord. 60 Art. VI(D), 1976)
